A single 60-minute appointment where your physical therapist will assess your mobility, strength, and overall function systematically in order to locate the source of your pain and symptoms. From here, we will discuss your goals and work together to develop your own unique plan of care.

Based on what we find during the initial evaluation, your physical therapist will suggest a package for you. You will not be sold more than your injury requires to recover. Our goal is to help you get out of pain and reach your goals as soon as physically possible.

Our comprehensive post-operative package will guide you back to your goals safely, while pushing you harder than an in-network clinic ever could. Not injured, but want to keep it that way? This plan is for you! Physical Therapists are more qualified than any other healthcare provider to keep your body moving. Think of these monthly wellness visits as orthopedic primary care. This is also a great option for those who have completed a physical therapy package, but want to keep the momentum going long-term.

Remote Workout Programming

Interested in the accountability of personal training, but have access to a gym elsewhere? This package includes a monthly check-in, where we will test your progress, reassess your goals, and ALTR your programming accordingly. This is a great option for anyone who is comfortable in a gym setting, but needs help programming for themselves. This is also a great option for someone who wants to continue the progress they made during physical therapy and make a commitment to lifelong health and strength gains!
